I loved that the instructor she took her time and didn't leave no one behind in the lesson . I came with my three sisters we were so pleased she was very friendly , funny and Encouraging. I loved how clean her facility is .I will be back next Saturday until I learn it all due to having a great instructor

Anika was great. Did a great job of going around and couching everyone and didn't hesitate to show us over and over how to do the simple moves. I also liked the pole / fitness ratio in the intro class!
