I love bpf and have already recommended it to friends. Would be perfect if not for the floors! They're really really losing it. Would also love a white background in the Brighton studio but that's really inconsequential

It felt a little rushed even though she was amazing and made sure to explain the best she could so that we could have ample amount of time to learn as much as we can and still was able to do a little free styling/practice

The instructor was very knowledgeable and I loved having a class that is self led with someone there to answer questions. Everyone who attends is so welcoming, I've never truly enjoyed exercise before until I started here!
