Felt like a safe space, great instruction, and great group of "students." Instructor (Jess) was able to gage our ability level and pushed the class to try a few more moves that were more challenging by the end. We are looking forward to bringing another friend already!

I really enjoyed going to class and working with a different instructors. I feel like they're all very well informed and do a fantastic job of setting their bodies up for success. I also have a really fun time going there and I enjoy and look forward to going back to my next class
