My last teacher, like all the ones I have experienced, are very kind and knowledgeable. They are always giving space for questions and telling us to listen to our bodies as there's no reason to force something if it hurts. Britt is great about offering and giving different moves in place of one if someone's body can't do it. I love the choreography as they are fun yet challenging, and I always feel sexy!
