Fun class, perfect sized class for beginners (had less than 10 people!) which gave everyone enough space to practice movements as big or small as they wanted. Von was a great instructor and really helped with providing in moment feedback to help make corrections to the movements we were learning. Would definitely be back and do another class with Von
