Really like the work out, had been going to another studio and it wasn't hard anymore, I felt the burn yesterday!
Getting used to your machines and while they do the trick I must admit I liked the extra padding on the other studios machines, I found it to be easier on the joints- especially the wrists
Going to keep coming for a bit and try to meet more instructors
