*extremely positive environment *staff at front desk never fail to welcome me (thank you Tim😊) *great trainer and Pilates instructor, Toni Harris. Her work with me is helping me regain strength and balance following several months of medical procedures/recovery *facility is clean and well maintained. *very impressed with how the young men (TPH?) conduct themselves as gentleman in the cafe * variety of classes available
