I love the way I am always warmly welcomed by Tim and Koi. Every time I walk through the door, they greet me by name. And those guys take the time to make all of the members feel special. They are such assets to your organization. I can't say enough good things about the Pilates reformer classes. Cindy and Toni are the BEST! I'm a better person physically and mentally because of the time I spend working out on the reformer in their classes. Those four individuals are the reason I responded with a 10!
