In 1 session Lisa was able to pinpoint my trouble areas & provide instant relief to pain I had suffered for years.
I like how the staff are very welcoming, a friendly and light atmosphere in the gym and I love how there's no prancing around in barely there clothes like other gyms.
I have referred the gym to 2 people so far.
