I have had many spin instructors over the years, Ali is the only one that has motivated me to try harder and push myself farther all while making the work out fun. She had me in the best shape that I've been in in decades before my injury and now I'm counting on her to bring me back and beyond where I was before. You made a nice catch with her, she ROCKS!
