The ambiance really makes it. The dimmed lighting, the colorful soft lights, and pleasant essential oils all created a lovely space. The instructor is well versed and created a great flow. I had bought a groupon because I'm new to the city and also recovering from a spine injury. Poses gave variance for beginners and more advanced students. Overal a safe and lovely place. Will consider membership once Groupon is used.
