It was an unexpectedly beautiful and relaxing class.
The words of the instructor helped craft the perfect mental environment for 'me time' when one focuses on harnessing the power of now and detaching from thoughts.
The live musician (idk the name of he instrument) was a wonderful extra addition to a deeply calming and restorative session.
I can't wait to come back :)

It'd be a 10 if parking could automatically be paid for. It's very reasonable but dealing with the machine to pay isn't fun. I'll probably get faster the more I use it.
