• atmospher and teacher experience. way up from before when i'd show up after checking in line that the class was indeed scheduled, only to find it was cancelled a few moments/hour before it started. so me and 2 or 3 others woujj on d wait until someone checked the web site.

• I really like Lise. I had horrible experiences at the Royal Oak location and met Lise at a class there. I took her class in Bloomfield and was very happy with the practice and I truly enjoyed her leadership during the hour.
