Great class!! Wonderful atmosphere and set up. Becky, the instructor was fantastic. It was my first time taking a class at the studio, it was welcoming, easy to sign up and reserve my spot. AND, it was a great work out - I definitely felt the workout (in the best way possible!) the next day and today.
