I always have a nice experience at Bodyworks, but did not give the query a 10 because some people, I'm confident would never be interested in it. We all have friends who avoid exercise as much as possible, so I would not even bother recommending yoga to them. The atmosphere at Bodyworks is very positive, comforting. There is a healthy sense of camaraderie amongst the instructors and participants.
It gives me a sense of calmness and I feel like I'm doing something for myself ❤️
I love this class and Amanda did an awesome job substituting for Traci!
I have a great experience each time I go. Yoga can be for everyone no matter your ability, age or experience.
