• When I made my appointment, I was experiencing a lot of problems with rotator cuff and bicep due to over exertion at gym. My therapist concentrated on this and I could tell later in the evening I had better movement in this area. She provided an extra heating pad which helped relieve tightness. A great experience for me.

• Spur of the moment decision to get a massage. I have debilitating and constant foot, ankle, calf and leg cramps every night. The night of my massage I had zero muscle twinges and zero cramps.
