Andrew was incredible. He listened to me and understood all of the issues that I was having. I so very much appreciated him discussing the various muscles , functions and connections to the rest of the body as he was massaging me. Extremely knowledgeable, I really appreciated the education that I got from him. It was helpful to understand why I was having so much pain in certain areas other than just a blanket "work stress." I also greatly appreciated his recommendations of stretches and exercises to do in the future. Overall, he exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I always try to see Ben when I go. He always takes my concerns and different areas of stress into account during the session to ensure that I get the most out of the 60 minutes. I've always supported the model of having the benefits of the massage extend beyond the hour I'm there
