I love the focus on chronic pain relief and your therapists are really trying to problem solve. I do wish there was a better way to pair therapists with patients, I think the experience can vary significantly depending on many factors including personality. I also find the tipping situation uncomfortable. I would say do no tips at all, or stay silent on tipping and let patients tip as usual. Saying your therapists are well compensated so tips are not expected but we can tip if we wish and then showing tips starting at the 15% scale is very confusing and uncomfortable. Like am I a jerk if I don't tip for an amazing massage but I want to see the therapist regularly? Or why isn't 5 or 10% the starting option instead?
