• Karen was very informative. She is very knowledgeable about the body... how it works, muscles, bones, etc. She is a very good massage therapist. She asks questions to find out your comfort levels etc. while still keeping the massage quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and calming. The person at the front desk was very nice and kind. Even though my appt was the last appointment of the evening, I did not feel rushed or neglected in anyway. It was actually the opposite. Karen and the front desk attendant continued to talk to me and answer questions, even after my massage was over. Both Karen and the front desk attendant were also very friendly And approachable. I did not feel uncomfortable asking questions etc. I would highly recommend this spa, and I will be returning for more work in the future. Thank you
