• After my massage I was tender and was having a hard time walking for the rest of the day. When I woke up this morning I was still tender. Christy told me I was applying pressure in the wrong spot prior to the massage. I did what she told me to do today and applied pressure and work my hip flexor. When I stood up I was nearly pain-free! I could not believe it! I just still a little tender but I am able to bend over and function today! Thank you Kristy! I feel like a new person!
