• Loved the instructor and the ground floor room. I found I prefer to bring my own mat. The mats are satisfactory, but not outstanding. Any other area for room for improvement is in the parking. I think from now on I will have a driver bring me because it was very very, very hot getting back into the car parked in the sun.
