• A beautiful class with the fabulous Joelle who had great energy and a lovely teaching style, she explained fully the exercises and watched us with hawk eyes. We felt our hearts and chests were opened up as I remember the heart opening theme. Felt like I worked hard yet felt nurtured, nourished and ready to face the world.
