My co-worker attained a dramatic transformation over the past few months. The BodyTrac trainer's physical and nutritional guidance and support provided to her was an inspiration for me to try to at least improve my aging out of shape self. I was welcomed and enjoyed my first workout. I'll be back.

The results that I achieve with a personal trainer at Body Trac far exceeds what I would accomplish at home. It's too easy to find twenty different reasons to skip the workout at home. The accountability of knowing I have an appointment to meet with a trainer, motivates me to go. They will push you beyond what you think you can do and I need that push! I highly recommend trying Body Trac if getting fit or improving your fitness is something you have not been able to achieve on your own.
