• The classes are always a little different, which keeps things interesting; the music is always motivating. Megan is always there to guide you and to make sure you are doing the movement correct. I have never felt stronger and my tennis game has improved with my strength and agility on the courts. I am so thankful we have this higher-end fitness class available in the valley.

• I chose such a high score because the instructor was awesome (Megan P) and she made me feel at ease going in to her class. I never expected to have so much fun working out, and such an amazing crowd of other people for support. I love that it's not a traditional gym as I find myself lacking motivation for gyms. I will definitely recommend and I'll be back!

• Very Friendly and inviting Teachers. The work out provided is very challenging yet able to modify for your ability and the teachers are always there to help and encourage. The work outs are always different to keep you interested and challenged. I feel I always get my money's worth!
