  • I have worked out in many facilities and Bodynetix is probably the best. I really like their care and attention to proper pre-stretching, warm up, attention to form and thorough cool down. With an excellent total body workout that is always challenging and never the same. The staff our friendly, helpful and make it fun. Love the place

  • You are amazing!!! Can I make a tiny suggestion: Your radio advertisement does not fully bring across the AWESOMENESS of your studio. It was not clear to me (hearing the ad on the radio) that you offer group fitness training, 60 minute high intensity classes. The radio ad is likely mentioning it, but it did not fully come across. I thought it is a 'regular (lame) gym but thought I'd give it a try. I LOVE LOVE LOVE your studio/classes/trainers. So happy we found you.

  • The staff at Bodynetix have a positive attitude, are encouraging, instruct gently and have interesting and varied workouts. I appreciate that they show only positive interactions between each other in front of clients. The Bodynetix team’s workouts have kept me interested in attending for over a decade. That says a lot.

  • It the first time I have been to a gym as well as class. Was able to work at my own pace but also was driven to maintain the speed of the class. It was a bit difficult and felt strange when I first started but loosed up about 15-20 min into the class. Gym was clean and everyone was friendly so great for a first time experience.
