• I always thought I had a slow metabolism and kept my calories low. I’ve been exercising but not getting the results I wanted. After doing the tests I now know I have a fast metabolism and haven’t been eating enough and they were able to tell me what heart rate I need to maintain to burn fat. It’s great to know so I can Taylor my exercise and diet to what my body needs and not guess anymore. Great experience and great info.
