The instructor made the class varied using the ring and hand weights so i felt i had a good workout thanks 🙏🏻

A nice scent in the room would have made a big difference to the atmosphere, it was a little stale/yuck smelling inside. But I loved the workout and will be back
Loved the studio, felt very taken care of in the prenatal reformer class, felt like the teacher knew what was good for our bodies, I was so happy and felt safe!
