Bec and Bianca are incredible instructors. I love their classes even though they are killers. They are amazing at giving instructions and I feel like I would know what I was doing even if I was blindfolded! XX
The prenatal classes are amazing. I've been attending since week 13 and I'm loving them so much I'm still going at week 39 😊
Such a great workout and beautiful space. I loved Sarah's class and felt really rejuvenated leaving the studio.
It was my first time at BL and thought the class and trainer was very professional but also equally kind and welcoming. Equipment all great quality too.
