Beautiful studio, location, friendly owner and teacher
The class pushed me physically, was great to do some abs as other mums / bubs seem to do less about specific. Teacher ensured safe and individual capabilities post partum and cared for babies in room beautifully so mums able to continue their workout. Loved the new bouncers for bubs too. 10/10
