I would say depending on difficulty preference, it's great for a fairly decent workout but for those that are ultra strong it can be aimed more for general population
Bodylove is a special place for me.
Initially I felt intimidated as I thought my age would impede any progress.
Each class I attend is now a haven as I am over trying so hard & being uptight - instead I have learned to relax & achieve a much better outcome & so, feeling happy knowing when the class is over I am rewarded. The Instructors have helped me all the way to feel a sense of achievement & wellbeing. We all head out knowing we will be back there soon on our individual health & fitness journey. It is a welcoming space & lots of laughs are had with the instructors as they make you feel comfortable & encourage you to learn from their expertise.
The 7am class yesterday was so good. So upbeat, hard and a great work out. I felt taller afterwards
