The 2 classes so far that I undertook were both very enjoyable, tough and effective. One reformer and one mat.
Both instructors were really good and the space is nice, clean and bright.
It's local, studio is lovely and bright, instructors are great and do unique things, however the reformer machines are difficult to use
I love the teacher, she gives clear instructions and the routine is always very different, engaging and she modifies the exercises/ routines to suit all levels.
