I love my pilate classes. The location is nice, the teachers are encouraging, I feel great, empowered, better in my body than ever.
Great instructor, challenging class but with helpful modifications as I said this was my first class back since having a baby so I was easing into it. Room was not overcrowded but possibly as there were two spare / unbooked mats. Great air conditioning.
The teachers are fantastic
Pre-natal reformer was great. Instructor so clear, perfect level of difficulty. Lovely studio with good music level and style.
