It's the whole package! Starting from the very affordable trial into offer to the class variety. I've tried certain classes by cheer curiosity and fell in love with them. The instructors are well chosen, they have personality, tenacity and know their stuff!
I love the look of the studio and the location, because I can walk there.
It a all inclusive culture that accentuates the positive in all aspects.
The membership is affordable and I have been well looked after when I was unable to join a class.

I have loved every class but I'm a beginner and there are only 2 options in a week for a beginner class. They are also very hard to get into so it's hard to get better.
Always love Emma's classes! Great balanced work out, she caters to all levels and I feel strong and energised afterwards. There's always some good laughs and great tunes along the way.
It's always super clean, has lots of fresh air coming into the studios from the big windows (definitely preferable in Covid times!), the instructors are fantastic. My only criticism is that it's so hard to get into the prime time classes. Other than that, I love it.
