Really attentive instructors, great vibe in class - good music and felt really good after class

I love the variety of classes offered. The instructors are so lovely and genuinely care. Really loved the prenatal mat class with Emily. She's amazing.

I had a recent thought after we had a few people in our circle have heart attacks (men in their 40s). Do you have a defib on site? I know it is life saving in the event of a cardiac arrest (as opposed to a heart attack).
Secondly and on a super different note - thoughts re themed music classes?
