Lucy is awesome - her mat classes - assets and / or mat which it was in this case - are great! Wish she did more classes
I love my Saturday mornings at BodyLove. It is such a beautiful space, the teachers are amazing and feels like home. Hannah is my favourite - she really works up a sweat!
