Karen's class is always such a great reminder that, YES, you CAN do hard things, and you SHOULD, and it's actually FUN! Love getting motivated to push myself with a really great mat class! 🩵💪
I absolutely love all my classes here and I love the instructors, especially Leah, Heather and Kim! Everyone is so friendly and going here is my favorite part of the week!! I’d go every day if I could!
