It is always a uplifting and refreshing experience. And of course my trainer Karen is superb and so knowledgeable. I many chronic spine issues and trust her experience and background to get me through a comfortable workout. The studio is also so Zen, how can you not love it. 💕
I have been at Bodylines starting on my fifth year now. The trainers are outstanding, so helpful and the new facility is very serene and has all kinds of equipment. There are many programs offered. It's the perfect place for me.
It's definitely my "happy place".

I love the classes. I do suggest bodylines to people. Many people that I would love to see join can't afford the pricing structure.
