It's still top-notch instruction & the mask isn't too bad. I do better with an in-studio class than virtual.
Nice staff. Great teachers. Pretty easy format to schedule online. Don't like mind body app. Tammy is wonderful. Like supporting local businesses especially female owned. Owner and staff are passionate and compassionate. Seem to really care. Glad to see sieving awful covid
It is always amazing how much I feel my legs , arms /triceps , and abs with just a few movements with some resistance after a Reformer class--while some are only small movements .
Kelley's cues are always so clear ( as well as with all the instructors) plus the stretching just does not get any better on the reformer/tower
