Bodylines has a super wonderful group of instructors and a great space and organization. The starter package helps you reboot when you fall out of routine in an intentional way.

The simple answer: Bodylines instructors. They provide great cues, put together challenging workouts, and offer modifications for those who need them. Kim has built a terrific team of talented and friendly individuals who make me feel good every time I take a class. Bodylines is the best!!
Nice studio, reformer classes, only wish there were 4pm ish class options.
