Our Approach: Strength training suitable for first-time lifters to power-lifting athletes and everyone in between - mixed with active recovery days (cardio/conditioning).

Each Community Workout is 50 minutes:
Mon/Wed/Fri: Total Body Strength w/ Free Weights
Tues/Thur: Metabolic & Power / Cardio Conditioning
Sat: Cardio (8:10a.m) - Yoga (9:10a.m) - Zumba (10:10a.m.)
