• I love being able to speak with a person, having someone at the desk and the reasonable perspective of management. It’s how you keep customers. I would suggest 12 hours is too long to cancel as peoples lives don’t change in 12 hour increments..4 is probably more reasonable and 2 is what most studios use as a benchmark. Jane
