• At the beginning EMI sat me down and asked about areas bothering me. She gave me her full attention. She began with slow movements. Her hands were nice and warm. When I told her I was a little hard of hearing she spoke closer to my ear. She accommodated me according to my needs. My back felt great . I think she worked on me longer than an hour . She was confident and very "into" her work. She really did her best for me. That was clear.
