• Kim was very pleasant, and fulfilled my request to tell me what oil she was using at each step of the Raindrop massage, warning me of a "hot" oil and asking for feedback if experiencing discomfort and checking in with me if I was experiencing discomfort when I didn't express discomfort, as well as explaining each step and giving a very nice massage with good pressure, asking for my input on it.
