• The Physical/Massage Therapist Patti Wakefield seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Patti was thorough in her examination of the issues I was experiencing and explained her findings to me. The treatment and guidance she gave me were very helpful. I will consider coming for regular treatment sessions with Patti. However, since I don't have any supplemental insurance, but only Medicare I may not be able to afford the cost on my limited income. It would be helpful if Bodycraft would bill directly to Medicare (as other Physical Therapy places like Orthoillinois), and I then pay the unpaid balance. I could only refer people to Patti, as I have not experienced treatment from any other practitioner at Bodycraft. Thank you for the opportunity to give this feedback.
