• The owner Kelly was so helpful in making a negative experience so much better. She listened to my concerns and helped set me up with a great massage the following week with Daniel! He was great, very attentive and his communication was amazing.

• I like the atmosphere very positive when I'm there and over the phone very nice, until today, my experience was very disappointing. My grand daughter fell ill and wasn't able to reach my children because of lack of coverage while they are vacationing. With calling friends and family trying to reach them and urgent care it was a bit stressful. I wasn't able to call to cancel my appointment. I understand which I was told had I called earlier it would have helped but because I took the space they were not able to put someone else in. We run a gym in Brea and the first thing for us is our clients needs and if they were not able to make it do to a family emergency we are flexible and will help. I now feel it's about the money that's made per hour not about the client. And as I said we do run a gym and fully understand a client space is taken and the lost of that hourly income, but our clients come first not their money! This has left a very sour feeling. Sorry for the bad review but I guess it was something I had to experience and enforces me to believe what we are doing at our gym is the right thing. Clients first through their emergency situations. Also to be more flexible and compassionate in trying to help the client by trying to make some adjustments.
