• Sadly, unable to recall my masseuse's name. However, she took her time detailing situations, educating me on muscles and potential reason for some of my aches, thorough in her descriptions, and listened to my needs. As for Arlene (facial)- ABSOLUTELY AMAZING❗️❗️❗️ I was able to identify she knew what she was doing. She explained ways I can enhance my facial regimen while only having to make minimal changes to my current procedure. She educated me on different products, techniques, and the reasons for the changes and the process of applying the product. In fact, Arlene use a product from Eminence I need to go back and purchase. I never felt pressured by her. Once again, an amazing experience. She seemed to truly be passionate about her work❗️
