• I enjoyed every bit of it. The only thing missing in my opinion is a welcome leaflet or information paper that would let customers know what to do, where to go, how long it will take, and so on without having to ask questions about everything especially for people visiting you for the first time. Alternatively, such helpful information could be sent by text to customers before the visit to familiarize them with your own procedures. Thank you.
