• Instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and they keep the class flowing well. The young girl (from California that just started back) at the front desk wasincredibly helpful and made it very easy for me to get my schedule up and running. Although I haven't met the owner yet, she has been very accommodating me towhen I visit Fort Worth to continue doing Pilates. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular!

• The only pilates studio in Fort Worth that actually kicks my ass and challenges me. The instructors and Kamile are also incredibly helpful and skillful. Great location. The only thing I dislike is the $20 payment if you miss class. Sometimes life happens, like getting a phone call saying I might have cancer, and I shouldn’t be penalized for that. I called and the front desk girl wasn’t accommodating.
