Staff were kind, gracious, and knowledgeable. As a beginner, it can be extremely intimidating. The instructor had patience with me which was reassuring. Sometimes people just want to go into a studio and feel the heat, get great guided instruction, and practice at their own comfort level. Other studios in the past for me have been too fast. I enjoy staying in the poses here. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
