This is a welcoming environment where there are always opportunities to try, learn and grow. Every instructor I’ve gotten to take classes from offers something different to the class because of who they are as people - but the practice itself remains disciplined. I feel fortunate and grateful to be able to practice here and am indebted to Kathryn for creating and maintaining an environment that provides a slice of peace to my mind, body and soul.
